Is there a bond required?
No bond required, just ID and payment info.
What maintenance is included?
Routine servicing, brake pads, and safety checks are included with every plan.
How long does a battery last?
48V 16Ah, Samsung cells. Typical range is up to 8 hours. Extra batteries can be included.
What if the bike is stolen?
We'll guide you through lodging a police report. Unfortunately, if you cannot return the bike you must pay its full price.
What happens if the bike breaks down?
Contact support for troubleshooting and swaps. Priority swap times depend on your plan tier.
Is there a contract length?
Plans are available for weekend or week rentals with the option to extend.
Who can rent?
Active delivery riders in Sydney/NSW with valid ID and a delivery platform profile.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes, you can upgrade for more range or support at any time. We'll adjust the weekly rate accordingly.
What if I stop riding?
Return the bike and settle the current week. No long-term lock-ins.
Do you provide helmets and locks?
Helmets and locks are available with most plans. Confirm add-ons during onboarding.
